My family purchases half a 9 month old grass fed yearly as our beef supply. We have learned about it’s important health benefits. This is our second year, and we love it. Makes the best burgers ever. We found a manual meat tenderizer that makes rows of tiny cuts through the meat for the tougher cuts. Works great. Recently, my husband Gunnard pointed out on the FOX News website recommendations of “7 Things Not To Eat”. Corn fed beef was one of them. Canned tomatoes was another, also popcorn in the bag (both because of the plastic lining). Glad you are well. Have a Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year!
